Had a discussion with a client today on how to create a culture of trust and transparency.
Mind you this wasn’t an intellectual exercise. it was to enable us “Take Actions “ towards “Treating employees as Trusted Partners “
I believe complete transparency in an organisation is a Myth. Transparency has to be at an optimal level.
Optimal being “ Each employee having all the information that’s required to deliver on the organisations Vision and Mission , discharge his/her responsibilities excellently, make timely and appropriate decisions and live the organisational core values. Nothing Less, Nothing More “
This by itself is a very tall order .
