I also devote time in helping co-owners and key people understand and do the right things that will prevent differences becoming conflicts and resolve them in the unfortunate event of escalation . Schooled in Law from Pune University (1992) and Personnel Management from XLRI, (1994) I secured Gold Medals for academic pursuits from both these institutions.
